CRANE 2 LT. 1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. greasing is done. foundation bolts are tight. 2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. small leakage. we fill grease. 3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. foundation bolts are tight. 4. check frame welding conditions. it's ok. 5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. greasing is done. HT. 1. check rope drum, hook, rope condition. greasing of rope. already grease is there. 2. check the thruster drum condition and its brake tightness. break tightness is ok. the thruster is in good condition. 3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. foundation bolts are in good condition. 4. check frame welding conditions. it's ok. |
