| Details | WATER CIRCULATION PUMP 1,2,3, we greasing pump no. 2 its ready and is in standby. FURNACE 1 GRANULATION PUMP 1,2 it's ok. we greasing coupling. SUBMERSIBLE PUMP 1,2, POLLUTION WATER PUMP NO 1 It has heavy leakage. we fix it with gland rope. but still leakage. we need new monoblock. FURNACE 2 GRANULATION PUMP 1,2, pump no. 1 coupling bolt is loosed. we replace it with gear coupling. POLLUTION WATER PUMP NO 1, its has leakage. we fix the leakage. OFFICE SUBMERSIBLE PUMP 1, WASHING PLANT SUBMERSIBLE PUMP 1 1. check the pump condition and check discharge. 2. check coupling condition, alignment, and do greasing. 3. check pipelines and valve's condition. 4. check cooling towers nozzles condition. its condition is ok. |
