| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings. greasing is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. we fix BC 6 and BC 1 rollers. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. it's ok. we tight BC 6 belt and fix fasteners. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. BC 7 has leakage. we fill grease. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it's ok. we need to change BC 6 coupling. its making work is in progress. 6. check the drum condition. it's ok. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. we weld BC 7 and BC 6 side holes. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. |
