| Details | furnace 1 shutdown Details :Electrode no 1: A2 clamp changed, pressure ring ms pipe changing. Electrode no 2: B1,tie rod changed and B2 clamp leakage it was brazing done. Electrode no 3 : C2 clamp tie rod changed and pressuring ms pipe changed and sealbox rope changed. All slipping and hoisting hydraulic cylinder bolts are tight. Water circulation manifold 5nos T section changed, water hose pipe 4nos changed, charging chutes no1&7extantion and welding work was done. |
