DetailsTILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes.greasing is done.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling. It's ok.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill.its ok. Oil level is good.
4. check hopper welding sections. It's ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings. Greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. Check and greasing is done.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.its not ok. We mount some conveyor piace and fastener's.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.its ok. Grease filling is done.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.its ok.
6. check the drum condition. It's ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.its ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
9. We change 2 nos. Of V BELT no. Is B 63.

CRUSHER crusher bolt is not good. It's stop.
1. check the crusher foundation.
2. check V belts condition.
3. do greasing.
4. check spring rod condition and gap between plates.


VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition.ITS ok.
2. check V belts condition.its ok.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.its ok.
4. check the frame welding condition.we welding frame from down side. Now it's ok.
5. Greasing of bearing is done.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed.its ok.
2.greasing of bearings.greasing of bearing is done.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.its ok.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.its ok.
5. check the drum condition.its ok.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.we weld frame and cover tyres.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.its ok . Greasing is done.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.its ok.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.its ok.filling grease is done.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.its ok. Greasing is done.
6. check the drum condition.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.its ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
