LT.
1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing.greasing is done.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required.no leakage. We fill small amount of grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts.it is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions.it is ok
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing.

CT.
1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing.grwasing is done. Shaft condition is ok.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required.no leakage. We fill small amount of grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts.coupling side only 1 bolt. We fit 5 nos. Bolts.
4. check frame welding conditions.it is ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing.
Greasing is done.

HT.
1. check rope drum, hook, rope condition. greasing of rope.greasing is done.
2. check the thruster drum condition and its brake tightness.no thruster.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts.it is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions.it is ok.
5.we fill 2.5 ltr. Gear box oil.
