| Details | TAPPING SECTION E.O.T. CRANE 1 LT. 1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. its gear coupling has no hole for greasing. we open and fill inside grease. 2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox side level is ok. we fill a small amount of grease. 3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. tight gearbox foundation bolts. 4. check frame welding conditions.its ok. 5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. greasing is done. CT. 1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. v-belt condition is ok. we tight belt. 2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox has leakage. so we fill grease. 3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. tight gear box plate nut and bolts. 4. check frame welding conditions. it is ok. 5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. greasing is done. HT. 1. check rope drum, hook, rope condition. greasing of rope. 2. check the thruster drum condition and its brake tightness. it is ok. we fill 5 ltr. gear box oil in gear box side. 3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. 4. check frame welding conditions. |
