DetailsTILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes.greasing is done.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling.it is ok.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill.oil level is ok.
4. check hopper welding sections. Welding condition is ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.greasing of all rollers is done.we change 5nos rollers.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.belt is ok.we need to change is after 2 weeks.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.gear box oil level is ok.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.greasing of coupling is done.
6. check the drum condition.it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.

CRUSHER crusher is not working due to its plate bolt is broken.
1. check the crusher foundation.
2. check V belts condition.
3. do greasing.
4. check spring rod condition and gap between plates.

VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition.it is ok.
2. check V belts condition.it is ok.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.it is ok.
4. check the frame welding condition.it is ok.
5. It's motor power is not enough to run it. We change it to 7.5 hp. Old motor bearing is damaged.we change it.
ROLLER
1. check roller speed.its ok.
2.greasing of bearings.greasing is done.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it is ok.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.greasing is done.
5. check the drum condition.it is ok.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.Greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.it is ok.greasong of all rollers is done.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.it is ok.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.small amount of grease filling .
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.coupling condition is good. Greasing is done.
6. check the drum condition.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
