| Details | POLLUTION ID FANS FOR (Furnace 2) 1. open cover and clean dust.clean and balancing is done. 2. check the balancing of impeller and vibration isolation.it is ok. 3. check v belts condition and inform if it's on critical stage.it is ok. 4. check foundation bolts and nuts of Plummer blocks.it is ok.its making vibrations because of too much dust inside. so we clean and fighting all foundations bolts. 5. greasing the Plummer blocks.greasing is done. 6. check the duct condition and remove dust from the duct. dust remove, impeller clean and start. 7. check stack condition and check its temperature. it is ok. |
