| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings. it is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. it is ok. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. ALL BELT CONVEYORS CONDITION IS OK EXCEPT BC 2. WE NEED TO CHANGE IT. WE INFORM IT TO HOD. WE CHANGE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. ALL GEARBOX ARE OK. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. IT IS OK. GREASING IS DONE. 6. check the drum condition. IT IS OK. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. IT IS OK. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. we changeONE ROLLER OF BC 6. |
