DetailsTILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes.gresing is done.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling.it is ok.coupling condition is not ok. We change it next time.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill.it is ok. Level is good.
4. check hopper welding sections.it is ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.we change 2 nos. Return doller. We dont have that size roller. So we change 5 toppers next time.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.belt condition is not good. Its have low thickness. We tight 4 nos. Belt clips on joint.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it is ok. We fill some grease.its foundation bolt is not good so we change it and mount 4nos bolt.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok.
6. check the drum condition.it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.

CRUSHER (crusher is out due to small size of material.)
1. check the crusher foundation.
2. check V belts condition.
3. do greasing.
4. check spring rod condition and gap between plates.

VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition.we tight loose belt. Now its ok.
2. check V belts condition.we change it next time.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.it is ok.
4. check the frame welding conditionits inside channel bolt is loose. We mount 3 nos. Bolts and tight all loose bolts.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed.its is ok.
2.greasing of bearings.greasing is done.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.gearbox oil level is good.we fill some grease also. Its foundation bolt is not tight. We tight it and 2 nos.bolts also fit there.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.greasing is done.we also change 2 nos. V Belts (B 83)
5. check the drum condition.it is ok.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition. It is ok.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.it is ok.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.it is ok.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it is ok. We fill some grease.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok. Cooking greasing is done.
6. check the drum condition.it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it is not ok. We weld it.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
